DELIVERY INFORMATION:

When your order leaves our warehouse on its journey to
you, we’ll send you a dispatch notification email so keep
an eye on your inbox!

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Royal Mail tracked 48 - £3.50 (FREE for orders over £75)
• Delivery aim: 2 business days (3 business days to
remote areas)
• Full tracking with email updates
• Options to select delivery to a safe place or local
post office branch and to rearrange delivery day.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.20
• Delivery aim:1 business day (2 business days to
remote areas)
• Full tracking with email updates
• Options to select delivery to a safe place or local
post office branch and to rearrange delivery day.
Royal Mail special delivery (Guaranteed next working day
by 1pm) and signed for – from 7.00 delivery guaranteed
by 1pm on next business day.

DISPATCH INFORMATION:
• Next day delivery is only available Monday to Friday.
• Orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday. Our
office is closed at weekends.
• The cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm GMT. Any
orders placed after this time will be dispatched the
next working day.
• Orders placed on Friday after 2pm GMT will be
dispatched on Monday.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before
submitting your order. If your address is incorrect or
incomplete, orders shipped with royal mail will be
returned to us and you will be invoiced for the
reshipment fee.
Please contact us within 28 days of placing your order if
you do not receive your package so that we are able to
submit a claim on your behalf. Claims out of this period
are not accepted by the delivery company and we will be
unable to replace your order.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:
We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders
placed on a UK public holiday will be dispatched on the
following working day.

FEATURES:
• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
• Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days
• Fully tracked to delivery point
• Signature on delivery
• Online delivery confirmation
• Free returns for undelivered items
• Compensation covers up to £50
• Additional compensation covers up to £250

OPTIONS:
Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain,
Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and
Luxemburg is 3-4 working days.
International tracked and signed cannot be sent to PO
boxes or pack stations because a signature cannot be
captured. This restriction does not apply when items are
sent to Africa or the Middle East.

PARCEL:
Max 2kg |Max L 60cm x W * x D * *L+D+W must be
under 90cm.
